Argentine Chef Rodriguez Food

Seven Course Menu Review

The menu opened with a fig and coffee emulsion paired with anchovies. This was followed by a black truffle croquette with goat cheese and roasted pepper marmalade. Next came yellow gazpacho with tuna crudo and smoked pistachio. Black cod arrived with charred eggplant purée and fermented lemon. Ember-cooked tortillas served with herbed butter brought a smoky Argentine touch. The highlight for many was braised lamb shank with 10-year-old chimichurri. Dessert featured pineapple, coconut, wild rice, dark chocolate, and Thai basil.
