This fruit has many health benefits and is cure for allergy, flatulence, tumours, pains and heart complaints etc. Served in diamond cut glass, garnished with edible flower. Gin For Cocktail



Delhi Royale recommends Gin Bombay Sapphire which is with a touch of juniper, ripe citrus, and

traces of spice in the aroma, Bombay Sapphire opens.

The palate is incredibly smooth and helps the botanicals to open up one by one and blend slightly at the forefront in the most beautiful way with juniper.

The finish is more bold, but maintains the light of the spirit. Use Gin Bombay Sapphire for Kokumtini Cocktail Recipe.



𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 -:

  • Gin 60ml

  • Lime juice 10ml

  • Sugar syrup 15ml

  • Rose syrup 15ml

  • Salt & Golden Sugar to rim

  • Edible flower or Dried Rose

Method -:


Step 1.

Prepare a Cocktail glass by rimming it with salt & golden sugar. Now chill it for 2 mins.


Step 2.

In a cocktail shaker, pour Kokum juice, Gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and rose syrup.

Now shake it hard and pour in the chilled cocktail glass.


Step 3.

Garnish it with edible flower or dried rose.
