When one thinks of dining in Delhi, the usual suspects—fine‑dine hotels, ethnic cuisine, sleek lounges come to mind. But Dramique emerges as something altogether different: India’s first theatrical culinary destination, where dinner isn’t just a meal, it’s a performance. Launched on 19 September 2025 at The Grand in Vasant Kunj, the concept was conceived by Creative Director Samir Sehgal, who draws inspiration from global icons like Lío Ibiza and The Theatre Dubai. The idea is to dissolve the boundary between stage and table, turning a restaurant into an immersive, evolving experience.

AMBIENCE

Walking into Dramique feels like entering a theatrical set woven from velvet, mirrors, and shifting light. The interiors lean heavily into dramatic, indulgent aesthetics: jewel‑toned upholstery, mirrored panels, sculptural lighting, and a ceiling that pulses with light and narrative. What makes it special is that transitions feel fluid. Lighting plays a central role, the ceiling may transform into a night sky of stars, while colors, intensity, and shadows shift to match the evolving mood.
