Origin & Craftsmanship

Crafted through small batch distillation at Radico Khaitan’s facilities, Kohinoor Reserve Indian Dark Rum is made using fresh cane juice harvested during the North Indian winter season. The spirit is first matured in American Oak barrels through traditional practices in Indian rum production. They are further aged in Cognac XO and Vermouth casks, a layered maturation process that builds complexity and depth.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Kohinoor Reserve Indian Dark Rum

  • 15 ml rose syrup (light, not overly sweet)

  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice

  • Large clear ice cube

  • Dried rose petal or lemon peel


Instructions:

  1. Chill a rocks or coupe glass until well cooled.

  2. In a mixing glass, add Kohinoor Reserve Indian Dark Rum, rose syrup, and lemon juice.

  3. Add ice and stir gently for 20 seconds until well chilled.

  4. Place a large clear ice cube in the serving glass if using a rocks glass.

  5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.

  6. Garnish with a dried rose petal or expressed lemon peel.
