Rolls-Royce once again proves why it is the manufacturer of the most costly automobiles on the market. The respected company unveiled its new and exquisite Boat-Tail model, which was named the world's most costly automobile. Only one piece was made expressly for an unnamed customer, and it costs roughly 28 million dollars (about Rs. 204 Crores )


The renowned Rolls-Royce Sweptail was named the most expensive automobile in the world in 2017. Rolls Royce has now launched its new Rolls Royce Coachbuild initiative, which will design and produce vehicles that are suited to each customer's preferences. These models are one-of-a-kind, personal, and historically and prospectively significant.

The Boat Tail is based on the same chassis as the Phantom and is likely powered by the same V12, but three of these luxury behemoths were handcrafted for clients who "share a deep admiration of modern nautical style."


Fun fact: the couple who commissioned this car also owns a 1932 Rolls-Royce Boat Tail, which they've had rebuilt just in time for the arrival of their new costly wheels.

The Rolls-Royce Boat-Tail epitomises extreme luxury.

The Rolls-Royce Boat Tail bodywork is entirely handcrafted. The customer's preferred hue, an unique shade of blue, is wrapped around the exterior. The hue is subtle and vintage in the shadow, but the metallic and glass flakes contained in the paint give the finish a vivid and vibrant feel in the sunlight.

It took four years for the project to come to fruition. To create the frame, a virtual model was digitally created and the aluminium sheets were hand forged. During the eight-month process of finalising the designs with clients, the brand's aluminium chassis, which is known for its luxury architecture, was completely redesigned to handle the Boat Tail's enormous dimensions.

The trunk is where the most eye-catching elements of this luxurious car can be found. An umbrella and a set of accessories for a smart picnic are unfolded when the trunk is opened (at an angle of 15 degrees, according to the British, at exact measure).


All of this was done to make it simple for the client to press a button and the back deck comes out to display a very pricey picnic set. A refrigerator is located in the suite, with drinks on one side and snacks on the other.
