Standouts include Mini Podi Idlis with Caviar, Bengaluru-style Egg Puffs, Chettinadu Raan, Green Chilli Brain Fry, Kottu Roti, Hot Stone Rice Pots, and Military Donne Biryani. The menu also features rasam as a main course, parotta “nachos” with hummus, and several coastal and Chettinadu specialities. Everything is cooked with care and presented beautifully.
