  • 2 oz Suntory Toki Whisky

  • 6 oz sparkling water

Instructions:


  1. Grab a highball glass and fill with ice, preferably large clear cubes

  2. Pour whiskey over the ice

  3. Use a bar spoon to stir the whiskey and ice 13.5 times clockwise

  4. Carefully pour club soda into the glass, avoiding the ice

  5. Stir gently 3.5 times clockwise to incorporate
