So here’s my drink which I have represented on global stage in Scotland during my Glenfiddich competition. It was a collaboration series with chef, maverick ways of developing creations as grow up in lap of Himalaya, it is as beautiful as Scotland. We Created experience in a new manner that cocktail which you can not only drink but you can eat too, so we designed semi frozen drink like “Granita” ~Chirag Pal
Fermented sea buckthorn juice-15ml
Lacto clarified apricot water - 25ml
Glass - bowl
Garnish - wood sorrel leaf & gold dust on top.
First mix all together and freeze it for 5 Hours (-15 degrees) or just use liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze the cocktail.
Now put it in a bowl glass and garnish it with wood sorrel leaf & gold dust on top.
Serve the cocktail along with Haggis (staple food of Scotland made from sheep) stuffed in charcoal pillow.

I started my career from The grand Hotel in 2014 after my college, where I joined as a assistant bartender in lounge bar their I learnt about basic techniques. After a year, I joined Westin Hotel Gurgaon (2015) as a Bartender in Story club & lounge. Westin was the point which gave a spark to my career, people I met were enthusiastic, always supportive and ready to face any challenge specially my manager (Jitender Yadav) who scheduled all training’s for me and Mr. Jeet Rana who taught me presentation skills and groomed me for cocktail competitions at Westin Hotel. After that I started to compete cocktail competition.
Shangri-La where I joined Senior bartender (2016-2018) those years were the best time of my life. I admire lot of people in my life but two people who are very close to me & I think we understand each other that’s the reason we still stick together (Jeet Rana & Pawan Singh Rawat) and I learnt lot of things from them and still learning.
Currently I am working at Five palm Jumeirah as a Executive Mixologist at Dubai.

1. Runner-up In Ultimate bartender championship 2017
2. Winner of Glenfiddich most experimental bartender India 2017 (represented India in Scotland)
3. Winner of cherry Heering classic 2018 India 2018 (Represented India in London during London cocktail week)
4. Represented Shangri-La New Delhi from India in Singapore during internal Shangri-La cocktail competition.
5. National finalist of Jameson host 2020 Dubai (Final TBD).
