A refined, luxurious cocktail designed to showcase the smooth vanilla cream, light honey, and soft toffee notes of Aodh Irish Whiskey, highlighting its warmth and elegant triple-distilled character with only premium, flavour-complementary ingredients.

A refined, luxurious cocktail designed to showcase the smooth vanilla cream, light honey, and soft toffee notes of Aodh Irish Whiskey, highlighting its warmth and elegant triple-distilled character with only premium, flavour-complementary ingredients.


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Aodh Irish Whiskey

  • 12 ml pear nectar

  • 10 ml honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)

  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

  • Dehydrated pear slice


Instructions:

  1. Chill a crystal rocks glass and insert a large clear ice cube.

  2. In a mixing glass with ice, combine the Aodh Irish Whiskey, pear nectar, honey syrup, and aromatic bitters.

  3. Stir gently for 20–25 seconds to chill and lightly dilute.

  4. Strain into the prepared rocks glass over the clear ice cube.

  5. Garnish with a dehydrated pear slice perched on the rim.


Celtic Ember accentuates Aodh’s natural vanilla, honey, and toffee sweetness while pear nectar adds a soft fruit complexity that harmonises beautifully with the whiskey’s smooth, silky profile. A luxury serve that remains elegant yet approachable for sipping neat or with company.
