Crafted for a refined palate, this cocktail highlights the deep, honeyed richness and subtle spice of Dewars Double Double 21 Year Old Stone Toasted French Oak. The goal is to elevate, not overpower, allowing its elegant oak influence and dried fruit notes to shine through luxurious, carefully chosen ingredients.
Dewars Whiskey-Cocktail Recipe

Crafted for a refined palate, this cocktail highlights the deep, honeyed richness and subtle spice of Dewars Double Double 21 Year Old Stone Toasted French Oak. The goal is to elevate, not overpower, allowing its elegant oak influence and dried fruit notes to shine through luxurious, carefully chosen ingredients.


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Dewars Double Double 21 Year Old Stone Toasted French Oak

  • 10 ml wild forest honey syrup, made with raw honey and warm water

  • 2 dashes saffron bitters

  • 1 bar spoon black truffle infused water

  • Orange peel, gently expressed

  • Edible gold leaf for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Add the whisky, honey syrup, saffron bitters, and truffle infused water into a chilled mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir gently for about 20 to 25 seconds until perfectly chilled and slightly diluted.

  3. Strain into a crystal old fashioned glass over a large clear ice cube.

  4. Express the orange peel over the surface to release its oils, then place it delicately in the glass.

  5. Finish with a touch of edible gold leaf for a luxurious presentation.


This cocktail maintains the complexity of the whisky while adding layers of floral warmth, earthy depth, and citrus brightness. Each sip unfolds slowly, making it ideal for contemplative evenings and special occasions.
