  • 60 ml Oaksmith Nagomi Whisky

  • 10 ml manuka honey syrup

  • 7 ml fresh yuzu juice

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • Garnish, edible gold leaf


Instructions:

  1. Chill a rocks glass with clear ice and set aside

  2. In a mixing glass add Oaksmith Nagomi Whisky, manuka honey syrup, fresh yuzu juice, and orange bitters

  3. Stir slowly until well chilled and silky

  4. Strain over fresh clear ice in the prepared glass
