Ingredients: 60ml Glenjourneys Whisky Half a lime cut into wedges A quarter cup of diced cucumber 5 sprigs of fresh mint 100ml cold limeade (or lemonade) Instructions: Gently muddle the lime, cucumber, and mint at the base of a rocks glass. Add ice to the glass and pour in the whisky. Finish by topping it with limeade, then garnish with a mint sprig, a lime wedge, and a cucumber wheel.
