Crafted to highlight the honeyed fruit and gentle oak of Grant's Triple Wood 12 YO, this cocktail layers refined sweetness with delicate spice. It is a smooth, elegant serve designed for slow sipping and a luxurious palate.


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Grant's Triple Wood 12 YO

  • 10 ml wild forest honey syrup, honey and warm water blended

  • 5 ml fresh green apple reduction, lightly simmered and strained

  • 2 drops saffron infusion

  • 1 dash aromatic bitters, non alcoholic botanical bitters

  • Garnish, thin dehydrated apple slice and edible gold leaf


Instructions:

  1. Add whisky, honey syrup, apple reduction, saffron infusion, and bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice.

  2. Stir gently until well chilled and perfectly diluted.

  3. Strain into a chilled crystal old fashioned glass over a large clear ice cube.

  4. Garnish with the dehydrated apple slice and a touch of edible gold leaf.


This cocktail enhances the whisky’s orchard fruit notes while adding depth through honeyed richness and subtle saffron warmth. The result is refined, and balanced, perfect for an elevated evening experience.
