Indri Agni is a bold cocktail with notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, oak spice, and gentle smoke. This cocktail is designed to elevate its richness without masking its character, using refined ingredients that echo warmth, depth, and elegance.


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Indri Agneya Single Malt Whisky

  • 10 ml fig preserve syrup

  • 5 ml wild forest honey syrup

  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters

  • 1 dash orange blossom water

  • Garnish, dehydrated orange peel lightly dusted with edible gold


Instructions:

  1. Chill a heavy cut crystal rocks glass until cold.

  2. Add Indri Agneya whisky, fig preserve syrup, honey syrup, chocolate bitters, and orange blossom water to a mixing glass filled with clear ice.

  3. Stir slowly for 20 to 25 seconds until silky and well integrated.

  4. Strain over a single large clear ice cube into the chilled glass.

  5. Express the oils of the orange peel over the drink and garnish.
