That’s when I transitioned into using social media as a powerful tool to educate, inspire, and transform lives. Instagram became my platform to cut through the noise of fad diets, misinformation, and quick fixes. The overwhelming response, from people finding real solutions to their health struggles to transforming their lifestyles, fueled my mission further. Today, as a recognized expert and award-winning nutritionist, my goal remains the same: to make mindful eating a way of life, not a restrictive diet.
