Singhasan whisky’s rich oak, fruit and spice notes deserve a cocktail that showcases its depth with a sophisticated yet accessible luxury twist. This recipe uses premium bitters and naturally luxurious ingredient accents rather than syrups, keeping the whisky as the star.


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Singhasan whisky

  • Premium sweet vermouth (high-quality Italian style)

  • Dash of orange bitters

  • Luxardo marasca cherry or brandied cherry

  • Clear block ice

  • Orange peel


Instructions:

  1. Chill a heavy rocks or coupe glass to keep the cocktail crisp.

  2. In a mixing glass add Singhasan whisky and premium sweet vermouth in a ratio of about 2 parts whisky to 1 part vermouth.

  3. Add a few drops of quality orange bitters to brighten the flavours.

  4. Fill the mixing glass with ice, stir slowly until well chilled and slightly diluted.

  5. Strain into your chilled glass over clear block ice, garnish with a Luxardo marasca cherry and an expressed orange peel.
