Tequila based Cocktail
Take a glass of your choice, chill it by pouring some ice into it, for 2 mins. Take out the ice then apply salt & chilli pepper to it's rim.
Pour 2 tbsp tamarind syrup into a cocktail shaker along with a hand full of ice, the tequila, agave nectar, fresh lime juice and kaffir lime leaf. Shake it well until the cocktail shaker gets icy cold .
Fine strain into the chilled glass. Garnish it with a kaffir lime leaf if you like.
