Content

Gnome Gnome is a modern cocktail-driven dining establishment that combines design, social vibe and a globally influenced menu in the bustling corporate belt of Bengaluru. The idea behind it is a garden bar with a comfortable yet refined environment, encouraging customers to take their time while eating. The only difference between Gnome and the best bars in Bengaluru is that it has abandoned the conservative restaurant models and modelled itself more as a flowing, experience-oriented form of restaurant. The space, menu, and pricing all point to the beverages as the main component, with food being more of a complement to the drink. This is why Gnome is a social ecosystem built around beverages, atmosphere, and communal dishes.

Gnome Kadubeesanahalli

Gnome is situated in Kadubeesanahalli, which is one of the busiest corporate areas of Bengaluru with office spaces and tech parks. Its location relative to the surrounding localities, such as Marathahalli, Bellandur and Whitefield, makes it a good option in terms of weekend outings as well as weekday outings. The location helps Gnome to position itself as a modern, urban hangout among bars in Embassy Tech Square.

Gnome Review

AMBIENCE

The atmosphere of Gnome is characterized by its terracotta palette and the organized arrangement of bars. Mediterranean-inspired visuals are reflected in the red oxide-style flooring and warm orange walls, which are not as earthy but contemporary. The high bar stools line all the way along the glass railing. The rounded fixtures of the pendant lights contribute to the gentle light. The combination of furniture and green plants is subtle yet provides a strong emphasis on the garden element to the design. The semi-open plan enables natural lighting in the daytime and a more personalized one in the evening.

Gnome Food

FOOD

The current food menu of Gnome is based on small plates and world-recognized flavors. Having masala fries, gunpowder potatoes, and nachos demonstrates a high tendency to bar snacks. Food items like Rock Corn Tempura and Polenta Fries with Tapenade comprise simple food items upscale with international flavors. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are provided in each category. Its multi-cuisine strategy is also reflected in the menu by the inclusion of the Indian classics such as Pindi Chhole and Dal Makhani, as well as Asian and Continental cuisine. The food concept is hence based on flexibility, convenience to share and mix with the beverage program, a delight among Embassy Tech Square bars.

Gnome Menu

The menu at Gnome is well divided into small dishes, dimsums, mains, hand-helds and desserts, a layer upon layer flexible construction. The dimsum section also adds a premium touch, introducing edamame, mushrooms, chicken, and shrimp to meet the needs of urban cuisine. The main menu is an eclectic mix of dishes, including Thai curries, pasta, Indian gravies and noodles. Snacks that provide a transition with tacos, kathi rolls and burgers. The dessert menu, with items such as Fig Panna Cotta and Chocolate Petit Gateaux, adds a fine touch to the experience. On the whole, the menu is planned to be experimental and versatile as opposed to specializing in one common cuisine.

Gnome Drinks

DRINKS

The cocktail menu of Gnome is greatly based on European cocktails and the aperitif style of drinking. Classics such as Aperol Spritz, Campari and Orange, Americano, and Vermouth and Tonic present the taste of citrus-based and bitter flavors. These beverages are commonly associated with relaxing, pre-meal, or social drinking. The fact that they have a shots section where one can choose such shots as Kamikaze, Baby Guinness, and Woo Woo is a high-energy complement to the menu. The mix of traditional cocktails and friendly shots will ensure the menu suits casual drinkers and those more passionately interested in drinks. In general, the drinks program is not a peripheral element but the core of the whole idea.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

Gnome works best when you match your preferences to its drink-first, shareable dining concept. It is possible to start with light, interesting dishes like Rock Corn Tempura or Polenta Fries. These should be accompanied by citrus-bright cocktails, which add to the overall flavor scale. Adding something more substantial, such as tacos or kathi rolls, would be worth it. It may be completed with a gourmet touch by adding a dessert like Fig Panna Cotta. It is one of the bars in Bengaluru where the trick is to view the menu as a collection of complementary products rather than a systematic progression of the meal. Some recommended favorites include: Rock Corn Tempura Polenta Fries & Tapenade Cream Cheese & Zaatar Rolls Chicken Chimichurri Tacos Baby Guinness
