Constructed by the design of architect Rémi Tessier, the space is lavishly adorned with gold-leaf detailing, sculpted ceilings, and a warm light. The decoration is based on the majesty of the traditional French, but retains the elegance that should be expected of a high-end hotel in Paris. The impressive 12-metre Royal Table, which has been cut out of a single block of Breccia marble, is one of the most striking features of the restaurant, placed dramatically at the centre of the dining room. Tables around the restaurant are furnished with exquisite Limoges porcelain, sparkling silver and glass. The candelabra is also shining on smooth surfaces.
