AMBIENCE

KICO interior design is clean and modern, with wooden tables, cushioned chairs, and simple black metal accents. There is a long bar counter in the middle of it with well-organised shelves of bottles and glassware. The seating areas have soft pendant lights that are used to provide warmth in the room during the evening. The walls have a subdued texture, which gives them a clean, modern appearance. The abundance of windows facing the entrance gives natural lighting during the day, making the space look open and bright. Altogether, the decor features wood, low-key lighting, and minimal furniture to create a comfortable yet elegant atmosphere. This ambience makes it a unique space among the best bars in Bengaluru.

Food items such as Peri-Peri Chicken Popcorn are crispy and spicy, and they are accompanied by garlic aioli to add heat to coolness. KICO Signature Wings are also a favorite with spicy hot sauce as a companion and a bold spice mix. The menu also explores the Asian and international influences. The Chicken Katsu Bao Slider has a Japanese-themed spin of having a crispy chicken cutlet placed into a soft steamed bun. At the same time, the Chicken Souvlaki Open Taco is a fusion of Mediterranean flavor and a street-food style. The seafood lovers will have Banana Leaf Wrapped Pan-Seared Fish. In this case, the fish has been marinated in the fragrant spices and then cooked in the leaf to add extra flavor.

Alongside the food, the cocktail menu is organized into themed sections such as Daytime Sippers, and dessert-style cocktails. Signature creations like Raw Voltage, Paradise With Issues, and Dark Matter highlight the bar’s experimental mixology approach. There is also a dedicated selection of mocktails and coffee-based drinks, ensuring that the menu caters to both daytime café visitors and evening cocktail guests.

The cocktail program has categories of Daytime, Flirty, and Stopped, representing varying intensity and flavor direction. The cocktails are made to be light and easy to drink. The Hopeless Romantic, Stealth Mode and Kawa De Soul are all leaning towards citrus, tea infusions, and light botanicals. These beverages are targeted towards leisurely afternoons and at the beginning of evenings. The other playful category is Guilty Pleasures, and it is a reimagination of the dessert flavors in liquid form. Some of the cocktails, like Basque and Bold or The Interval, include ingredients such as cheesecake liqueur, coffee, caramel, and even the note of popcorn. KICO also has mocktails in addition to cocktails, and this is based on the concept of collaboration known as KICO × Sober. Alcohol-free drinks such as Guava Game, Punarapuli Fizz, and Horizon offer the use of tropical fruits, citrus, herbs, and teas. Byadagi Burn is infused with smoky chilli flavor based on the local Indian spices. Meanwhile, Goan Signal is a mixture of bold coastal, mezcal and tequila.
