Nisaki Gin is produced in Goa by Project Peacock (distilled at Adinco Distilleries), using a rice-based neutral spirit triple-distilled in small copper pot still batches of 200 litres. It is infused with 16 organic botanicals, including a blend of citrus, Macedonian juniper berries, tea, and the natural pigment from butterfly pea flower, which gives the gin its original deep indigo hue. Before bottling, Nisaki Gin is diluted to bottling strength and rested to allow all flavours and aromas to harmonize. It is a standout example of innovative Indian distillation and artistry.

  2. Place fresh orange slices around the ice cubes inside the glass.

  3. Pour in a splash of basil seed drink and botanical water.
