Olive Bar & Kitchen was founded in the year 2003. When the folks of Delhi first saw a lovely Mediterranean haveli under the shade of the towering Qutub Minar, they were enchanted.
Olive Qutub is a tranquil retreat where delicious cuisine, joy, culture, and conversation collide in a lovely melting pot. Fashion, art, music, and style blend in an unique Mediterranean mosaic.
Soft armchairs with dappled sunshine. A patio with white pebbles and bougainvillaea. In this Mogul palace turned outdoor Mediterranean restaurant, worlds converge and time stands still.
The finest restaurant in Delhi has a casual grandeur with lovely white walls, a large Banyan canopy, and a breathtaking, star-lit, and tree-top terrace bar beneath the shadow of the Qutub Minar. Arrive to a setting so beautiful that Condé Nast Traveler US named this multi-award winning restaurant one of the world's best restaurants in 2004.
The Olive Qutub Greenhouse on the Ridge offers a pleasant dining experience with views of a serene woodland. Spend an evening with your loved ones as the chef prepares a meal in front of you.
About Head Chef At Olive
Chef Dhruv Oberoi's interest in cooking began at an early age, motivated by his mother's interest in food. Cooking is a way of expression for him. He began his career with Olive Qutub in Delhi. At Olive, he received several individual and team leadership prizes in national and international contests such as ‘culinary art india, Bocuse D Or, and Hans Bueschkens.'
His love of food and desire to study led him to Spain, where he met his culinary God and learned from the maestro himself, 'Chef Ferran Adria.'Chef Dhruv Oberoi leads a team of outstanding young chefs.

They have a cozy and very classy environment that takes you to anywhere Mediterranean on the world, but they've recently updated their menu and added some pretty interesting dishes!
Olive is well-known for offering a complete restaurant experience for their customers. The blue door, the banyan, the opulent courtyard and the dazzling walls all contribute to the whole experience, but it is the cuisine that sticks with you. Olive's specialty has been combining farm-fresh food and locally available ingredients to create unique delights.
Chef Dhruv Oberoi designed the new menu, which keeps faithful to local and seasonal dining but with a revamped version. The perfect mix of flavours and textures in all of the salads made for a genuinely pleasant start.
The entire concept focuses on a jungle trek. The creativity behind each plate, the utilisation of European techniques and fresh herbs, as well as the unique flavour blends, leave the diner craving more.
