Located in Narain Niwas Palace
Mughal traditions are confronted by European sensibilities.
Barbara Miolini, the Swiss owner, visualized of Bar Palladio as a spot where people from all over the world will share their experiences, draw inspiration, and chill together. With this idea, Dutch designer Marie-Anne Oudejans collaborated to come up with the concept for this breathtaking place in the historic Narain Niwas Palace Hotel, situated inside an alluringly renovated garden gazebo.
“ It was different than the pink of Jaipur; it was masculine, and it was royal—just like the peacocks in Narain Niwas.” ~Marie-Anne Oudejans
A combination of bright shades of blue contrast with white Mughal patterns, Bar Palladio produces a vibrant mix of Indo-Italian charm. The interiors are decorated with carvings by Vikas Soni, candles, hand painted block prints and designs designed by the Dutch artist, Marie-Anne Oudejans. The restaurant serves traditional Italian dishes, consisting of two private dining areas, a sheltered patio, an open area with several tented canopies and small campfires.
As all sitting places are stunning with the most well-thought-out designs, you will tussle to determine which room to sit in.
