Cocktail Recipe


A very easy cocktail that you will ever find "Mango Cocktail Curry". I created at the time of Lockdown. The specialty of this recipe is that it can be made anywhere and anytime. By the way, I made it with infusion of curry leaves but we can also try it with the muddle process. It has a very delicious flavour of mango and curry. ~Pankaj Bhatt


Vodka

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 -:

  • Vodka infused with curry leaves 60ml

  • Lime juice 20ml

  • Sugar syrup 10ml

  • Tonic water/sprite/carbonated water

  • Mango juice 60ml

  • Curry leaves

Method -:


Step 1.

First of all, we have to take a collins glass and chill it.


Step 2.

In a cocktail shaker, pour mango juice, curry infused vodka, lime juice and sugar syrup.

Now shake it hard and pour in chilled collins glass.


Step 3.

Top it with some crushed ice and fizz (tonic water/sprite/carbonated water)


Step 4.

Garnish it with fresh curry leaves.
