60 ml Rock Paper Indian Spiced Rum
15 ml Kashmiri saffron syrup

Dehydrated pineapple slice

Instructions:
Chill a cut-crystal coupe glass until frosted.
Add the rum, saffron syrup, and roasted pineapple juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake gently until well chilled and silky.
Double strain into the chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple slice and a spread of Iranian saffron threads.
