Guests are welcomed into the yellow - green, Amaltas themed interiors, with overhanging ceiling fins, colourful furnishings and bright yet calming vibes, inducing a sense of nostalgia of older times in Delhi. A gorgeous section has been created with a wallpaper backdrop of the beautiful Amaltas in full bloom, this is surely one for an Instagram frame.

The signature delicacies such as Kuchampuli Chicken Wings that are an Indian take on barbequed wings, Kutt Kofta made with plant-based meat, Sweetcorn Momos with Lebu broth that is inspired by Kolkata's momos & soup, Bandel Cheese Seekh Kebab and Mangalorean Cauliflower Roast. Kalimpong Cheese Tart and Jalebi Chaat from their savoury Dessert section are already crowd favourites. The menu has been curated with an inclusion of several vegan, dairy free and gluten free dishes - something which is very difficult to achieve in Indian cuisine.
