PDA has the spatial design reminiscent of restraint and warmth. The room is anchored by the central bar, which is finished with tiling in understated olive hues, a smooth countertop, and subtle under lighting that intensifies towards the end of the evening. Backlit shelves show a well-arranged range of spirits, which supports the bar-first position. The back bar has been framed by architectural arches; this has added a Mediterranean undertone without resorting to overt thematic decoration. The sitting arrangement is tiered: high stools and marble-topped tables where small groups sit, and upholstered banquettes where groups can have meals. The bar chairs have floral patterns. On one wall, there is a massive modern mural with radiating pastel colors. This painting serves as a visual anchor, maintaining a unified palette. The lighting is provided by pendant globes and recessed ceiling lamps that do not reduce visibility. The flooring is changed to wooden surfaces, which adds to the lounge feel.

Marinara has classic ingredients, including cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano and chilli, whereas Margherita follows the basic formula of tomato, mozzarella and basil. The Bianco makes cheese to be layered, combining the mozzarella with sharper flavors, and the Zucca presents a pumpkin and sage purée in balance with capers and seeds. La Bufala incorporates a flavor of herbs by adding tomatoes, cherry, and pesto. Diavola uses spicy salumi and jalapeños, which provide a more intense touch and pair well with spirit-driven cocktails. Verde is bent towards pesto and pine nuts, providing the nuttiness and aromatic richness. The gluten-free bases made of millet and quinoa show concern not to compromise the Italian flavor.
