Ingredients:
60 ml Short Story Rum
15 ml fresh pineapple juice
10 ml coconut cream
10 ml vanilla-saffron syrup
Dehydrated pineapple wheel
Instructions:
Chill a cut-crystal coupe glass until frosted.
Add Short Story Rum, fresh pineapple juice, coconut cream, and vanilla-saffron syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled and silky.
Double strain into the chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple wheel.
